ARpulse is currently in pre-launch validation. This page describes what data we collect during this validation phase, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Email address — required to add you to the launch notification list.
• Shopify store URL — optional, helps us prioritize beta access.
• Free-text responses — optional, to understand your use case.
• Basic technical data — IP address, user agent, referrer, and UTM parameters, used for understanding traffic sources.

How we use it

• To send you product updates and the launch notification.
• To understand demand and shape the product roadmap.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How we store it

Data is stored in our form provider (Formspree) and our deployment platform (Cloudflare Pages). Both are GDPR-compliant SaaS providers based in the United States.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email by clicking the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us. You may request a copy of your data, or request its deletion, at any time.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking. Analytics, if enabled, use privacy-respecting providers (Cloudflare Analytics or Plausible) that do not set cookies.
